COLLIER PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN SERVICE POLICIES

TECHNICIAN'S SERVICE POLICIES

Collier Pest Control takes all of our employees through a vigorous 2 week accidemic and practical training to first grasp the basics of our services and philosophies.  We then offer on going training to all employees of weekly information sheets to be answered, monthly training, and individual supervision.  We are proud of all our technicians knowledge and ability to offer the most advance pest control services available.  All our technicians that are qualified are now Florida state certified, which is an honor to have and hard to achieve.  The following is a part of the service policies Collier Pest Control asks of all our technicians to deliver.

?         If we see no problem, no evidence of a problem, no samples of a pest problem, and the customer says there was a problem, WE DO SOMETHING-ANYTHING!  We treat the doors, windows, pipes, appliances, attic, do a perimeter, We do something to try to stop the problem pest from returning.

?         Collier Pest Control DOES Not Treat a cabinet with food or dishes present in it.  It is for the safety of our customers and the perception of our customers not to treat anything in a cabinet with food or dishes present.  If the customer and only the customer wish to remove the food or dishes from the cabinet, we will then treat the cabinet without food or dishes present.  We will then inform the customer when it will be safe for them to replace the food or dishes back into the cabinet.

?         When we arrive at a home or business for a problem pest, we will always ask the customer for a sample of the problem pest or ask show us where the activity of the problem pest has been seen.  We will then identify the problem pest properly and understand the location to which the problem pest is located.  Decide on a plan to correct the problem pest from all of the materials and products we have to choose from.  We will explain and educate the customer to what type of problem pest they are dealing with, what we are going to do to correct the problem pest, and explain to the customer how long it will take for them to see a correction with this problem pest.  We then will perform the treatment that was just explained or decided on to correct the problem pest.

?         When we treat a home or business on a regular service or a trouble call, we do not short cut the service in anyway.  We do not leave out any part of the service or leave out any vital application of materials to correct a problem pest. We try to do every service better than the last service we've just performed. We will go the extra step to correct any pest problem, even by taking off face plates to treat behind them, dust an attic if needed, use extra baiting material inside or outside to trace the problem back to its source, and we will take the time to be a detective and find out where the problem is and not just treat at the problem, hoping it will correct it.

We consider it a privilege offer our services to you!  We hope you find our services the most advanced pest control in all of Southwest Florida.  If you have questions about any of our services or about any of Florida's problem pests, call our office at 239-455-4300 or look us up on our web site at collierpestcontrol.com. Remember Florida does not need to be shared with insects.
