Collier Pest Control, Southwest’s Florida’s Pest Authority, is available to provide you all types of termite protection, Drywood Spot Treatments, Drywood Tenting, Subterranean liquid or inground baiting system. We recommend the Exterra Inground Baiting System over Liquid treatment if you are planning to keep your home more than 5 years. For those who are not going to keep their home for 5 years of longer, we recommend either Syngenta’s Altriset Termite Treatment with a low risk label or BASF’s Termidor.
The Exterra Inground Baiting System eliminates termite colonies around your home and maintains an elimination of new colonies indefinitely with our every other month inspections. The liquid treatments, will effectively control termites for a number of years then weaken over a period of a few years, and needs to be re-treated to keep its effectiveness.
The initial application yearly renewal prices are based on the lineal feet of your home. All of our termite treatments have annual renewal fees to maintain your protection and guarantee you if a problem occurs we will correct it with no additional fees.
