TERMITE SERVICES
HOME OWNER;
Collier Pest Control, Southwest Florida’s Pest Authority, is available to provide you with any type of termite protection, Drywood spot drilling, Drywood tenting, and Subterranean liquid or inground baiting system. We recommend the Exterra Inground Baiting System over Liquid treatment for Subterranean Termites if you are planning to keep your home more than 5 years. For those who will not be keeping their homes for 5 years or more we recommend Syngenta’s Alriset termite control with a reduced risk label or B.A.S.F.’s Termidor.
The Exterra Inground Baiting System eliminates termite colonies around your home and maintains an elimination of new colonies indefinitely with our every other month inspections.
The liquid treatments will control termites for a number of years, then weakens over a period of a few years, and needs to be re-treated to keep its effectiveness.
Our highly successful Drywood Termite Spot Treatments with Termidor Dry could eliminate your Drywood Termite problem without costly tenting.
The initial application price and renewal fees are based on the lineal feet of your homes. All of our termite treatments do have annual renewal fees to maintain your protection for years with a guarantee is a problem occurs, we will return to correct the problem with no further expense.
All homes should have a yearly termite inspection to be able to find and stop termites before they do sever damage to your home. Collier Pest Control offers FREE termite home inspection for your comfort and real estate inspections guaranteed for one full year for a small fee.
