CPC TECHNICIAN SERVICE STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
In an effort to provide the best service standards by any pest control company in our area, Collier Pest Control, Southwest Florida's Pest Authority, has comprised a code of conduct that all employees need to follow both consciously and as part of their nature habits. If we present ourselves to our customers with a pure willingness to provide our services and help them protect their health and property, the customers will not only be aware of our extraordinary service, but our proper demeanor in their presence! The following are a part of Collier Pest Control's service technician's code of conduct.
? Always give the customer your attention 1st before commencing any service.
? Take pride in your appearance; wear your uniform properly with your name tag.
? Pledge to provide the finest service that you can offer.
? Give positive eye contact when talking with others.
? Smile when in the presence of another person, we are being judged by others.
? Greet customers with a warm sincere greeting by name.
? Give a genuine farewell, by name.
? Always, at the end of every paying service, remind the customer to call us if they have any pest problems and that you are going to do the power spray.
? Convey positive body language when in the presence of others.
? Keep your shoes clean and shined, polish your shoes at least once a week
? Fulfill a high standard of excellence to satisfy your customer's expectations.
? Never break the professional trust between you and your customer, even off duty..
? Use proper vocabulary and company buzz terms when talking to others.
? Listen to what customers are saying first before you comment on any subject.
? Be helpful when the opportunity arises, give your assistance and knowledge
? Protect customers ?health and property.
? Educate your customer on CPC's services and any pest problem with the facts sheet
? Understand your work duties and standards according to CPC policy and procedure.
? Work with a passion for our industry
? Demonstrate you care about your profession and the customer's interests.
? Ask the customer if they have any requests or needs, then answer them or provide it.
? Anticipate to what service you are doing and what problems you may encounter.
? Be intuitive to customer needs; understand what they want before they ask it.
? Always completely explain our service to all new customers and customers with new services.
? Always explain your treatment method and time length to correct a problem on all T.C.'s.
? Don't lower your standards of conduct or service even if no one is aware of it..
